Chase - Portrait Photographer Singapore

Hello all,

Another portrait session today in our studio....

We have Chase Pope in our studio today and Chase do Football at School so I would like to capture the "intensity" in his eyes using very shallow depth of field....

Post-processed in Photoshop to enhance the "contrast" to give the image the "punch"....

Here is the image showing actual image and the image that I see on my mind.....

Hope you like it as much as I do...

Regards,

Hart

Liz - Portrait Photographer Singapore

Hi all,

Here is some images I took of Liz today in and around the studio.... Liz is a beautiful 17 years old...

It is always interesting what you could get from each shoot from each individual.

It is not difficult to shoot a portrait but it is always challenging to bring out the "personality" or "soul" of a person.... I hope this is the correct interpretation of her... or who she wants to be...

It started with happy giggly shots but soon everything changed.... I love the mood and feel from these pictures...

All shots are done using natural lighting and I have minimised the skin "imperfection" from the following images...

I just love this last shot... I cropped it to 16:9 which is very common Cinematic crop on the widescreen tv....

Last but not least, here is the steps from actual shot to the final image that I "see" before I click. Just a quick 1 minute retouching on photoshop...

I love the shots and thanks for the opportunity...

Regards,

Hart

Sarah - Senior Portrait

Hi all,

Successful portrait require the subject to be in the best mood and showing who they are.... and it is a privilege to capture images for someone...
Today, we have Sarah in our studio...

Sarah loves poetry... and it is the feeling and mood in those poetry that moved her... Just a quick note from my part, she does look like Drew Barrymore from some angle... of course, this is about Sarah...

I love these 2 shots... it is somehow, classic in contemporary setting taken with Natural light in our studio shows the "look" that I am after and of course, my vintage VESPA.... I just love it...

Hart
