Happy Mother's Day to all of the great mom out there. Without your guidance and care, one would wonder what one will become?
It is a refreshing break from endless Weekend shoots throughout the year, it is actually feel good not to do any shoot during the weekend so one can spend time with the family (We are not complaining about weekend shoot though).
Anyway, it was great to sit down and have dinner together with the family without feeling tired from full day shooting, so thank you for taking other time slot that is available.
However, I guess, it has become a norm that we don't go out during holiday or even weekend for any purchase and dinner, but thought Mother's day is a special one....
Ok, reservation on the restaurant was the easiest part. Crowded parking lot, crowded restaurant and a little sub-standard food quality and impossible to get any decent service become an annoyance....
Back in my mind, I thought, WOW, how one would be able to keep up with good service and producing highest level of quality when you can't even stop running, let alone think and serve with best interest of your client at heart?
We simply hate being in that position.... hence, on the back of my mind, we thought, there is a "NEED" of personalised service.
How would you feel when you are in the middle of the shoot, another client walks in and start chatting? well, simply annoying (at least to us).
How would you feel that when you just finish the shoot, all we can say is, thanks and see you later as another client is waiting to be served? Have you been really been served as a client?
When we are extremely busy, we often go into "Firefighting mode", so, is that the best thing for you as a client? As photography is a creative line which require photographer to work in their best ability and not just "firefighting".
When we say "Firefighting", we mean that one stop thinking but go and do what they have been doing to get the job done... So yes, you may get the service, and predictable result and yes, PREDICTABLE.
So, would you prefer to have the photography session while you will be the only client and spend enough time to talk to the photographer about your need before the session and perhaps a chat or two when you had your session so you let the photographer understand your little need and wants for final details?
As a client, you deserve the best what we could produce for you and it is not too much to expect a little more.... We showed our clients their photos from their session of course, we hope that we have done enough so we exceeded their expectations....
We always strive to make sure that the expectation of our client is being exceeded by always creating unique images for them as meeting expectation is simply not good enough for us and we understand that the only way to do that is through personalised service....
At the end of the day, life is full of choices... as a client, We would choose personalised service anytime.... What would you choose?
